Eric Giacomini is the owner of E & S Bookkeeping, LLC, bringing over a decade of experience in corporate finance and marketing. He began his professional career in 2013 and has worked across a variety of financial and operational roles, developing a strong foundation in financial analysis, reporting, and business strategy.

Along the way, Eric took a two-year break from corporate life to work on cruise ships—an experience that allowed him to travel the world, gain a broader perspective, and sharpen his adaptability in fast-paced environments.

Eric holds a Master’s degree in Finance from Creighton University and is passionate about helping small businesses stay organized, confident, and informed about their finances.

Outside of work, Eric enjoys playing volleyball, hiking with his dog, and traveling whenever possible.

Shandra Mason

Shandra Mason is the Co-Owner of E & S Bookkeeping, LLC, bringing extensive hands-on accounting experience and a proven track record of growth within the hospitality and gaming industry. She began her career at Circus Circus in the Midway and worked her way up through progressive accounting roles to become Chief Accountant at Eldorado Resorts, gaining deep expertise in financial operations, reconciliations, and multi-entity reporting.

Shandra currently serves as a Senior Accountant at Edgewood Companies, where she continues to apply her strong technical skills and attention to detail in a complex, fast-moving business environment.

Known for her reliability, precision, and commitment to accuracy, Shandra takes pride in helping businesses build clean, dependable financial systems they can trust.

Outside of work, she enjoys doing puzzles, reading, and occasionally crushing her competition at mini-golf.
